Hoopla delivers country-wide via Australia Post. Orders are processed same-day on the Gold Coast in Queensland and usually arrive in 2 to 6 days, depending on your location.

All items, and those pieces too big for Parcel Post, can also be collected at no cost from Broadbeach Waters on the Gold Coast. An email will be sent after checkout to arrange a time.

Remember, none of us are perfect! Most of Hoopla’s pieces are pre-loved, and as such may show signs of wear consistent with their age, adding to their unique character. These have been highlighted in the product descriptions.

While returns are not offered for change of mind, a full refund is available if a piece doesn’t match its description or has a major fault. Please get in touch via the Contact page.
