Go off with a bang with this rare find in Australia - a handblown glass vase part of the MB Series for Denmark’s oldest glassworks, Holmegaard. Designed by Michael Bang, the son of the pioneer of Danish functional glass Jacob E. Bang, in 1981, the ribbed glass ridges mimic classical pillars, bridging ancient shapes with modern design. It measures 23cm high and 11.5cm in diameter, has its original sticker intact, and is in excellent vintage condition.
